Here we found the Cascade Brewery, Australia's oldest brewery. We didn't go on a tour or anything, but we did enjoy walking around the gardens. I ate a lobster in Hobart and we spent some time at a downtown distillery tasting some expensive whiskeys (it was cold and that helped warm us up).
