It can be a nice day with clear skies one minute, and the next it's pouring what seems like a foot of rain in 10 minutes. On this fine day, Beth and I had set out to relax at a nice small beach for a couple of hours on a motorbike we had rented. After a little while there, the sky opened up producing what you see above. We tried to wait it out, but still ended up riding home in a bit of rain. The roads were treacherous and we were very muddy when we got home. The rain in Thailand (or all over SE Asia so it seems) comes quickly and in large amounts. It can be a nice day with clear skies one minute, and the next it’s pouring what seems like a foot of rain in 10 minutes.

On this fine day, Beth and I had set out to relax at a nice small beach for a couple of hours on a motorbike we had rented. After a little while there, the sky opened up producing what you see above.
