Once per month the Kangaroo Island walking club gathers for a walk somewhere on the island. We joined them for a coastal walk on the northern side of the island.
We drove about an hour and met up with a handful of locals. We walked up and down the coastal ridge, over rocks, and through a few beautiful bays over the course of a couple of hours.
The photo above is of a bay where I took a quick swim to cool off from the intense heat. The one below is of some orange stuff (lichens?) that were all over the rocks.

The photos are lovely. Walking and swimming sound great, too.
