At the risk of sounding repetitious and like I’m a total photo-geek, I just have to say again: This photo is exquisite, Josh! “Tranquil”–what a suited word! The serenity; the seeming isolation of the lone sailboat; the unrigged and perfectly upright mast in what looks like a windless hour; the thoroughly rippleless water; the slightly converging (to the camera’s eye) shorelines; your choice of setting the boat offside. If you’re getting tired of my photo on-and-ons, I can stop.
It’s just that there’s so much beauty in your photos besides “just” the objects–the choices you make really heighten their fascination. Awesome! XOXOX

Back online an hour or so later and looking at it again. Gosh, the *blues*! And the reflections. Again, exquisite. Of course, I am on my laptop now; whereas before I was on Dad’s computer. My laptop does seem to intensify colors–tilting its screen has a similar effect to a photo program’s contrast function. Tamar River in Tasmania, eh? Amazing to know you were there! XOXOX
