Lovely photo. Colorful. Simple. Beautiful.

I’ll check out the Lonely Planet site.

Great! thanks for fulfilling a request! So where did you find it? I just joined the new Iowa Insects mail list so I will be seeing some nice insect pictures! ;^)

i’m not sure exactly where it was from… in the bush somewhere.

The lonely planet site is cool! Makes me want to go places. Lots of info there and nicely set up. Can you explain more specifically what you did on it? Or is that too technical?

Gorgeous photo! And amazing web site! Wow, no wonder you worked so long and hard–there’s a ton of stuff in there, once one goes browsing! Congrats on it being live! Will you get more moments to breathe now? XOXOX

Hey glad you got to check out the site. There is a lot of depth to it once you start looking around. The images and videos are cool too. The trip planner feature is really cool where you can create trip itinerary type things and then share them with others.

The component I was working on you don’t really see. We did the system that stores all the content from the guidebooks in little chunks and allows staff to work with the content and then publish it to the website. All the content you see on the site is directly from guidebooks that they publish and sell. A bit of time to breathe now, but I will be looking forward to a nice holiday sometime soon :) .
