This is a photo of some bush near the beach in Mentone, the next burb north of us, about a 10 minute walk. It was taken on a walk yesterday, on a rather pleasant afternoon.
Nice! Looks like a pleasant walk. Ask Beth what the bush is. And what are the little flowers in the foreground? They are hard to make out at this resolution.
Thanks!
OH! I thought you said, “I was taken on a walk”! Must’ve been reading too hurriedly (in my excitement over the new posting!) Sorry to make you think I was **that** picky about grammar! But did get a kick out of your comments, Kriz. Love, Mum

I like the picture, too. It hardly looks like winter there.

Yup, it’s about as cold as it gets here. Yes, the photo was taken on a walk. Is that not correct?

Did you let your photo off its leash?
The correct form is “The photograph was CAPTURED. We were on a walk at the time. Later we released the photograph into the sea.”
It was a nice photo, glad you let us see him.

I asked Beth, and she doesn’t know what the plants are. She’s not very good with the Aussie plants.
