It’s the third of three for the art exhibit! I love how huge the sun appears, how close to the horizon (yet not completely) it is, and the sheer film of clouds in front of it. I’m not sure I’ve ever noticed before the sun looking white and all the color being outside it. Is that how it always is? Maybe it’s because we can’t actually look straight into a bright sun? Or, like Dad said, maybe you used a filter? But I doubt it? (What a sentence: “But I doubt it?” With a question mark. ) Love! Mum
No, didn’t use any filter. I just used my zoom lense. This was from the top of Phu Si Hill in Luong Prabang, a hill in the middle of town with about 700 steps leading up to the top.

very nice sunset! Do you have to use a filter of some sort to get a shot like this?
