Here is another fine example of nature at work, creating crazy rock formations. This one is called the Loch and Gorge, named for a ship the wrecked in the area in 1878 on it’s way to Melbourne, killing 52 of 54 people on board.

I am at work streaming the Super Bowl on SopCast. Has been a great game so far. This also marks the last day of an NFL playoffs fantasy football game I have developed at FFTOC.com. The project has gone amazingly well, with very few issues.

Yesterday I attended the Drupal Mini-Conference in Melbourne, where I got to expand my brain and meet lots of other web geeks. Drupal is an open source web content management system and framework that I am currently developing in.

This is another lovely photo. The Drupal conference must have been interesting. I’m glad you got to watch the SuperBowl. I watched most of the second half and brought in Hal after the Patriots scored their touchdown with 2.42 minutes left. The game was much more exciting than other games in recent years.

Shipwrecks are bad stuff! Hard to imagine. Nice pic! Seems like a lot of those interesting arches along there. What is sopcast? Can I stream Australian rules football here with it? Or cricket matches? Sounds like the conference was a good opportunity. You should have talked Hal into going.

SopCast is a peer to peer client for streaming TV. Basically some person some where has the ability to capture video from their TV, and they seed a show, or sporting event. Then everone else streams the show using SopCast which is a P2P client, much like you would with torrents, but instead of downloading you are streaming live video.

You could most definately watch cricket. Not sure if people are seeding AFL. There’s lots of channels, but it just depends who is seeding what. I hope to get to some AFL games when the season starts up again. Melbourne is where AFL is the biggest. All the suburbs here have their own teams with big rivalries.

The photo, Super Bowl, success (yay for very few issues, due to your skill and thoroughness!) on the FF site, and a conference and opportunity to meet and interact with other web geeks . . . all really rich! Very cool. And fun to see and hear. XOXOX
